The approximate position in the page or paragraph number of tables and figures should be indicated within the page.
Proofs
Page proofs are sent through email to the designated contributor. Revisions must be checked and affected carefully and must be returned within a stated time.
Review Process
Submitted manuscripts are refereed by research experts identified by the Editorial Board through a double-blind review process. A manuscript is evaluated based on the following criteria: scholarship, originality, clarity of discourse, and significance, including the degree to which the subject matter contributes to the field of information technology in governance, education and business practices. Comments and suggestions are communicated to the author and must affect revision as requested. The Editorial Board has the final decision on whether the manuscripts are accepted or not accepted for publication.
