Page proofs are sent through email to the designated contributor. Revisions must be checked and affected carefully and must be returned within a stated time.

Review Process

Submitted manuscripts are refereed by research experts identified by the Editorial Board. A manuscript is evaluated based on the following criteria: scholarship, originality, clarity of discourse, and significance, including the degree the subject matter contributes to the field of information technology in governance, education and business practices. Comments and suggestions are communicated to the author and must affect revision as requested. The Editorial Board has the final decision on manuscripts whether accepted or not accepted for publication.
